Fees and Payment

We will provide you with a quote for our services and communication solutions, including any applicable fees and charges. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, and failure to make payment may result in the suspension or termination of our services. All fees and charges are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will immediately cease using our communication solutions, and all outstanding fees and charges will become due.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to our communication solutions or services.

 

Amendments

We may amend this Agreement from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of our communication solutions or engagement of our services after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
